Alien Newcomer on the Publishing Scene : NASA
Pushed by a desire to advertise their work. raise NASA’s research popularity and understanding and attract more aspirants to the study of science, technology, engineering and math, NASA announced last Monday that it is partnering with Tor-Forge Books to develop and publish a series of science-fiction novels in a series titled “NASA Inspired Works of Fiction.”
The publisher’s writers will be hosted by the Goddard Space Flight Center and receive access to data, facilities and educational design as well as to an evaluation of the finished stories.
eBooks now running for presidential elections
Vook , a technology platform that produces rich media experiences for the tablet market and works with a range of content partners including NBC, Simon & Schuster, ABC and Hay House and most major distribution channels including Apple, Amazon, Google and Barnes & Noble, has announced on Thursday 25th of August the release of a new Republican presidential candidates eBook series titled “A Politician’s Journey” that documents the prospective presidential candidates’ backgrounds, careers, platforms, and 2012 presidential aspirations.
According to Brad Inman, Chief Executive Officer of Vook, the new series will educate electors about the vision each of these candidates has for the United States.
