Micro-Libraries – Weapons of Mass Instruction

Argentina-based Raul Lemesoff created the Arma De Instruccion Masiva (Weapon of Mass Instruction), a converted 1979 Ford Falcon formerly belonging to the Argentine armed forces, to distribute free books to people on the streets of Buenos Aires

This brings books to the most remote corners of Argentina ans is Raul Lemesoff way of turning war material into a tool for the betterment of his country. All books come from donations and are distributed for free. The book stock has to be regularly replenish. When will we see such a Weapon of Mass Instruction in the streets of Iraq or Afghanistan?
